The house keeping service was poor. I had to request 2 times before my room was done up although I had put up the sign to clean my room. The smell in the corridor due to the carpet is not good. The room was spacious but the a/c was not very effective. Stayed for 3 nights.

I booked a one-room studio apartment for the first night and then a two-room studio apartment for the next two nights. Although I requested the hotel to allow me accommodation in the two room apartment from the first night onwards, as the hotel was relatively empty, they refused to oblige and I had to change my room after the first night. As a result, they had to clean two rooms after me and I had to re-pack my bags and move rooms after the first night. However, on a more positive note, the hotel is excellently located and has a very convenient airport shuttle service.The two room studio apartment is really compact but everything one needs is available. Three out of the four burners of the cooker were not working. The hotel looked a bit old, but I guess for the price offered it was to be expected.

The only remark : you don't know in which GSA you are booked in as 10 are in the same surroundings. The better way is to ask when arriving at the Dubai airport from the counter of GSA and giving the booking number to know in which place you are.

On arrival there was confusion over where I was staying (which building). I had received a phone call earlier in the day telling me to go to Golden Sands 3 which was efficient and helpful. On arrival I was told to go to golden Sands 10 instead. When I went there they sent me back to golden Sands 3. When I got back there the Manager greeted me personally and was very helpful and courteous. Overall I was very happy with the stay.

This hotel has more than 9 branches and which haven't been mentioned in your confirmation so we had to move from place to another in the midnight.
