The hotel is well situated, close to the railway station and downtown. Direct trains from airport to hotel. Buy your ticket at the information office at the airport. For breakfast, you will get a much better one, for the same price, at the market in the railway station. Rent bicycles from the luggage office in the railway station. Employees were very impersonal, close to ignoring you! However, rooms are nice and quiet. The public transportation pass promised on the web page was not offered.

Input GPS: Wiener Platz
Driving instructions:
Motorway A4 exit Dresden Altstadt. Bend right and afterwards follow to the main street for approx.. 6 km straightforward in direction to city centre. Afterwards turn right on the Koenneritzstrasse/Ammonstrasse and follow this approx.. 2 km toward central station. Briefly before the tunnel "Wiener Platz" bend you right and arrive directly at the InterCityHotel Dresden.
By train

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
