The hotel Lindenhof is a privately-run property in Dresden. Due to its vicinity to the highway, this hotel is the ideal starting point for both business travellers and tourists.
Dresden has many sites waiting to be discovered: great water fronts, interesting museums, monuments and much more.
The hotel features a cosy restaurant. At dinner and lunch time the restaurant pampers its guests with German and Saxon dishes, all accompanied by excellent wines. On sunny days, the pleasant beer garden is the right place to enjoy a refreshing beer.
The property also offers meeting rooms and halls for special events, such as the
salon with its open fireplace. Built in the 1920's, it was one of the numerous ballrooms in Dresden and is nowadays suitable for all kind of celebrations, from birthday parties to weddings.

Hotel was a little hard to find. We had to take a taxi from the train station and even the taxi driver got lost. Directions on the website were good, it takes about 15 minutes to get into the city center by bus. There is a bar and restaurant in the lobby which was very nice and had great food. The hotel was not very busy at the time which was nice too. The room was a little noisy since the hotel is located just off a main street. It was our first hotel to have a little fridge in it!

If I go back to Dresden I would stay here again. The breakfast was good and it was easy to take the Bus and drive to the center of Dresden from this location.

A nice hotel, that looks old in the exterior with enormous rooms, well furnished with personality. We slept in the room of the colgate toothpaste; every room is dedicated to a local factory or personnage. The problem is that the hotel is quite far from the centre of Dresden (7 km); we had a car and so we didn't check the bus situation. Good the restaurant and quite cheap.

How to reach Hotel Lindenhof
By car
The property is only one minute from the B6 highway exit Dresden-Altstadt. Proceed along the federal road B6 and at the Esso petrol station turn left onto Podemusstraße, which is a quiet back road.
By bus
The hotel is easy to reach by bus line 94 leaving from Postplatz. The bus stop lies opposite the hotel in front of the Esso petrol station.
By tram
The hotel is located only 10 minutes on foot from the Kemnitz tram station and 500 meters from Elberadweg.
By airplane
The taxi ride from the airport to the hotel takes about 15 minutes.
