Train line at 100m from the back of the hotel and busy road at the front, also poor isolation between the rooms.The hotel restaurant was very good as food quality and the prices were normal. Excellent choice if you travel from Malpensa airport. Also very nice ride across the lake, bikes available for free from the hotel.

Hotel was very much was the website information said but is located on the main road and by a railway line so can be noisy if windows are open. Hotel was very welcoming and is in a good location south of Arona, easy to get to Malpensa and Lake Maggiore. There is a good, welcoming restaurant adjacent. Directions to reach hotel from Malpensa could be clearer especially if arriving after dark.
