Nur das Abendessen am Abend vor Abreise hat, was Preis/Leistung/Qualität anbelangt, in keiner Weise in den Gesamtrahmen gepasst. Schade!

Very nice location, friendly and competent people. Romantic ambiente, a great park with old and rare plants inviting to relax, nearby wonderful villas - an absolute insider tip! Our stay was perfect, the only "downer" for us was that there are no pavements for pedestrians. We made some efforts to walk to a restaurant for dinner, but surrendered finally and went by car. The streets are narrow and/or too much traffic, although it would be great to walk along the romantic river.. We can recommend Villa Alberti and will be pleased to come back!

Excellent accommodation, good breakfast and a friendly welcome (despite our very late arrival). Room was clean and comfortable. Lovely hotel, terrace and garden, very well placed for trips to Venice and Brenta villas.

Wonderful choice of hotel for a base when visiting Venice, Padua and the Venetian Riviera. Helpful but not intrusive staff, beatiful rural setting, easy access to Venice by car through picturesque back roads (20 minutes with the help of a GPS!), small villages to explore.Don't miss the maze in the grounds of the Villa Pisani - good for adults and kids alike. Aesthetic breakfast and reception rooms, and very nice breakfasts served by friendly staff. when I think of our stay in this hotel I purr inside.

We stayd 2 nights mid august 2006. Our lodging was in the nice main house " the villa". The reservation has been done 5 months in advance. A room very spacious and clean was proposed (street&parking side of the villa), clean, spacious but there was some "smell" maybe due by cold cigarettes ? as we booked a non smoking one we asked for another one. Very friendly and without discussion we got a much smaller room on the garden side there we had a warm feeling. The television had hundreds of channels but we only could find 1 unknown french channel after zapping during 5 minutes, but there are a lot for the middle east! The breakfast is very good. The huge garden is wel kept & very quiet, there are rocking chairs to recover from the journey and a nice terrace at the back of the property overlooking the countryside. We didn't try the evening dinner(pasta, chicken ..at 20€) that has to be ordered in advance, anyway there are a lot of restaurants in the neigbourhough. The location is perfect to travel around (Padoa, Treviso, Vicenza ..). Good connections also with bus, boat,.. to venice. We paid 190 €/2 nights for a small double room, in my opinion and based on many travels a year this is too expensive because it is not an hotel with all the amenities but on the other hand it has "character". For a lower price we got a huge & new appartment in a 4stars hotel in Padoua. SHould we go back ? Maybe-Maybe not. A judgement is always subjective. I'm sure the owners do their utmost best.
