We had a fairly noisy fan in the bathroom but were quite pleased with the accommodations in general. Initially I was disappointed that we were locked into Half Board, but it turned out to be a good thing.

I would not recommend the hotel. Breakfast is not of good quality, some rooms (certainly ours) are very small, cold, not confortable and with a tiny window. Plus, in some areas of these rooms the ceiling is particularly low and this was very dangerous for our heads. Therefore, I would recommend to ask about the room before booking, because you might end up in a bad experience. On the good side, people at the desk are nice. Moreover, the hotel has a covered tennis court and swimming pool. However, we moved away the next morning after we arrived, as soon as we found another hotel. So we cannot comment on this.

How to reach Hotel Union

By car
Take the exit Brixen of the Brenner highway A22, and follow the road through Brunico, Monguelfo and Villabassa to Dobbiaco.

By train
The nearest railway station is in Dobbiaco, and from there you can be picked up by the hotel's shuttle.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms at 10 a.m.

Use of the private garage is not included and costs €6,20 per day.
