Restaurant Leman very disapointing. Poor and arrogant service. Only 3 tables occupied but difficult to get waiters'attention .Ordered Cote de Boeuf with vegetables.( 40 euros per person) Meat arrived almost cold. No vegetables only frites ...Returned the meat, waited for 15 minutes, meat arrived..lukewarm..returned it again. Finally meat inedible. No excuses, no offer of replacement. Total bill 160 euros for a disaster...We had 4 glasses of champagne, the Maitre d'Hôtel could have decided to offer coffe at least..I wrote to the Management and am still waiting for an answer..

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, and in a beautiful location. Staff really welcoming and eager to help. The casino is fun. The market in Divonnes-Les-Bains is also worth a visit, just a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
