Hotel Le Jura - Dijon

Very good stay. welcoming staff. we didn't try the breakfast but the room was good.

The room decor was tired and worn the ongoing roadworks made car and foot acess difficult

Arrived at breakfast half an hour before it finished and did not see 1 member of staff refill anything. It was a hot summer day and there was just 1 empty water bottle out, many other things had run out too. We were just doing an overnight stop en route to the Alps, but as last year, the road works involved with putting in a new tram system make it fairly stressful driving into the city. Going to leave it a couple of years before we return. Troyes is much nicer, cheaper and has better new chain hotels 5 mins walk from the centre, not dated hotch-potch like this one. Even with the free breakfast we didn't feel it was particularly good value for money.

Breakfast is over priced by about 4 euros.

The Hotel was within walking distance from the station and a nice walk to the main part of town. We found the room comfortable and roomy. An internet cafe was just around the corner.

We got a small clean room but there wasn't any air conditioning: this forced us to keep the window open and hear outside noise. Employees are kind, location is a few step from the center.

Confortable hotel, huge room, small bathroom, manual shower, needs more careful in details like sheets ( a hole in the sheet!!). Good location. Parking close to hotel at 9.50 euros per day.

If you want a nice, clean hotel for a good price Hotel Le Jura is a good choice. It is right by the main train station and it was easy to walk from there. It is also walking distance to the center of town. Had a fabulous traditional French meal at Restaurant De La Porte Guillame - right by the arch - also walking distance.

We had an awful bed the first night, with a mattress who seemed very very used, but the hotel changed our bedroom the next day.but an hotel like this should not have a bed like that

The only problem was the use of Internet. The conexion is super-slow. They offer 15 minutes free but it´s impossible to make something at this speed. We pay for the conexion but the slowness is out of order.

Reception gentlemen were very helpfull. Location of TV in room 102 needs to be moved cannot view properly all landmarks were close to the hotel

Very comfortable hotel, located close to the central train station and not far (5 minutes) from the old Dijon. Good quality vs price ratio, except for the breakfast which is a bit too expensive, even for this category of hotel. But if you don't take the breakfast in the hotel, I recommand this hotel !

Good location for sightseeing in Dijon

Very good location - right in the center of the city and close to the main shopping areas. Clean, large and quiet rooms.

This proved to be the perfect start for our holiday to France. The room was spacious and comfortable, well aired with pleasant decor. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, particularly Julian who advised us on many useful aspects during our stay. We felt that nothing was too much trouble and our extremely limited French language proved no problems to any of the staff. Truly nothing but praise. Many thanks.

Our family really enjoyed Dijon and we are grateful venere for helping us to book the nice and pleasant Le Jura hotel. It was very easy parking there, in front the hotel. The breakfast was very good, the rooms were cleaned and quiet. We think the rate price /quality is satisfied at all.

Nice hotel very quiet

Been to Dijon three times. Hotel Jura was fine. Not a lot of English available but I have enough French. Area around the hotel a bit scruffy but a block away from a lovely park and less than a block from the train station. Convenient, prefectly good location.

This hotel was in a really good location. All of the staff were very nice and helpful except for one woman working the desk who was not friendly or helpful at all. However the men who worked the desk were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Very convenient, near station and walking distance from city center, museums and other points of interest.Many restaurants nearby. Parking available. Our room (on the backyard) was very quiet and very large. May not be the case of all rooms especially if there are groups in the hotel. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is good but a bit expensive. All in all, a very nice stay. I would go to this hotel again and recommend it to friends. A few "suites" are available for 3-4 people.

Excellent place to make visit in Dijon.

Estuve en el mes de Octubre 2007 hospedada en el hotel con muchos miembros de mi familia, el hotel esta bastante bien la relacion precio-calidad no es la mejor senti que estaba un poco caro pero no habia otro hotel en la ciudad que pudiera alojarnos a todos. El personal del Hotel excepcional desde el manager que fue de lo mas cordial ayudandonos en un detalle que nos surgio, los recepcionistas de lo mejor muy educados y con muchas ganas de ayudarnos la pasamos bien el desayuno no esta incluido pero es de los mejores que tomamos en hoteles durante nuestro viaje, la ubicacion bastante buena ya que pudimos caminar hacia todos los puntos de interes sin necesidad de tomar el coche.

La tranquilidad del hotel ,lo espacioso de la habitación nos hizo pasar una estancia muy agradable.Seguro que repetiríamos.
