Always a warm welcome and such a pleasent atmosphere with staff having smiles for the customer. A smoking ban makes all the difference when in your room and particularly in the restaurant which is very good.

An very warm welcome on arrival and were given a family room as we had our dog with us, a real bonus and very welcome. We requested a non smoking room and did not detect any smoke smell which was excellent. We would like a much more detailed map from the motorway for visitors.

We use this hotel as a convenient overnight stop on our way to our holiday home in the Alps. As I have said on previous occasions the bedrooms are scruffy and in need of total renovation, the furniture is poor and uncordinated, what is the point of the survey if you take no notice of it!

El precio que me dio Venere era de 72 euros pero luego en el hotel era de 75 la noche y tenia un cartel a la entrada que así lo indicaba, 75 € la habitación cuadruple. por lo demás estaba limpio, silencioso y tranquilo, un poco viejo

Over all not bad but expensive for a room with poor quality furiture, fittings and finish. It was the incompetance of emplyees when dealing with payments on my credit card it was appalling. both at reception on arrival and particularly in the restaurant. The staff made out that it was my card that was the problem when clearly it was their system that was totally inadequate! No appollogy no assistance and embarressment for my wife and I,it was unprofessional and totally unacceptable.

We were given a small scruffy room that needed referbishment.we require a none smoking room which we asked for but did not receive. clearly the hotel is used by commercial travelers and workmen.

Some of the small things in the room were missing or damaged (door handle, no waste bin), food in restaurant was very acceptable. In general a pleasant stay over & we will be making further visits.

In the information on the site the breakfast was mentioned to be included, but at the hotel it was exclusively. Swimming pool was closed :(and that was the reason for booking this hotel).

The bedroom was too small, we all slept together in one room. The fourth bed that was put there was too hard. The bathroom was not as clean as it should be. Breakfast could be better too.

Location is the worst,no public transportation into Dijon. Hotel smelled, leaky shower, lights dim, phone broken, A/C broken, internet broken, tiny room, lumpy beds, bright light right outside the window which we had open because air conditioning. Did I mention the electrical fire so we had to evacuate the building? Spend a few extra euros and stay at a nice hotel in downtown Dijon. A dump.

The rooms were a good size and clean, but the double room smelt very badly of cigarette smoke. This was linked to a twin room and called a family room. The pillows, the bed coverings everything smelt very bad. I could not lay on the pillow and had to cover it with something else. Also the restaurant smelt badly of cigarette smoke throughout the day. The staff were pleasant and it was a handy stopover only the smell in the room spoiled it.

This is an excellent value stop-over hotel for a family, with large comfortable rooms sleeping four. Good restaurant and bar also. Only critism would be no tea/coffee making facility in room and can be a bit awkward to find. Thoroughly recommended.

The outdoor pool is a major plus. It was clean and large enough for a couple of strokes. Staff was helpful. We had neither diner or breakfast, because we always prefer to go into town.

Great as a stop over and excellent value for money with a family of four. Swimming pool a bonus but very cold! Odd structure to room, but very spacious and did the job required. Not somewhere to stay if you want to step out into beautiful surroundings ( which we were not expecting), but great if you wanted to buy a car!

Service was very poor. When we came down to breakfast, staff couldn't have cared less. We felt we were eating what had been left over. No attempt was made to put out any fresh food or warm drinks. We will not be keen to use this hotel again. We holiday in France every year and normally are well pleased with the hotels we use.

Clean hotel with good food and good young evening company. Staff worked well and were helpful. Bit difficult to find at edge of town, but looked out on to fields.

If you are a budget travelling family, I think that this is the better solution on the Paris way from Italy. Dijon has a fantastic medieval down town! The only care I want to suggest you is to have a detailed map of Djion, because the hotel is very close to the Autoroute but quiet difficult to reach on night from the down town.

Although the rooms are small "people processors", we found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also very good, serving good food at reasonable prices. So good we stayed there on the return journey. Excellent value.
