When we arrived the staff was really unpleasant and we had to prove that our reservation was properly done. The guy finally found us in his IT system and never apologized for his mistake. Furthermore we didn't appreciate some lessons we received from his side, especially comments like "To avoid problems in the future, you should call the hotels in advance". This dear staff member seems to have forgotten that we are not supposed to make his job and that customers are not responsable if he is not able to print a reservation in time properly. We could have had no room available because of this error from HIS side!! To finish, he also wanted to tell us what type of temperature we should put in the room to avoid to pay air conditioning for us. This kind person seems to forget that we have paid for a service, not to make economy for him especially with outside temperture below -14 degrees! We will not come back to this hotel again.

Well situated in quiet area of Dijon but within walking distance of the center. Functional room. I stayed in a room on the ground floor which was very noisy. Easy to park nearby the hotel. Breakfast was ok.
