Perfect clean hotel for one night. If you shut the window no problem to sleep (railway and highway right next to hotel...). For 44 Euro including private (clean!) bathroom I would always choose this hotel again for a one night stay for a family of three.

Unbeatable deal if you just want a quiet place and a good nights sleep on your way to the Alps or the Cote d'Azur. Breakfast at eur 4,80 (!) was not included but is of course a laugh with decent coffee, baguette etc!

you need to install air conditioning, if window is left open in room noise from nearby roads/cars is a major problem, also noise coming from corridor/adjoining rooms and doors is very disturbing to sleep

The hotel was okay for one overnight stay, but not for a longer stay. Although the price is attractively low, I would not recommend the hotel because it has no charm whatsoever. The room resembled a prison cell, the hotel urgently needs to be renovated, and its location in an industrial zone directly next to the motorway was rather dull.

The room was clean, toilletries & clean towels + free parking and wi-fi is an excellent deal for the price of a room. perfect for night as stop over. the receptionist was nice and helpful. The room is a bit small and the window towards the motorway makes it a bit noisy, but it was just for a night as we travelled around France and bearing in mind the price it was very good. Not sure if it's aproachable by bus but you need a car to get to the city.

Value for money but staff had some trouble finding my booking. Long delay after a tiring journey was not required.

This is an excellent stop over point for a family ! Simple but functional rooms, good breakfast and a great price. Dijon centre is worth a visit as well.

Thank you very much for nice stay in your hotel. Room has enough space, beds are comfortable, bathroom is small but sufficient. It was only one negative thing - some problem with payment by credit card. Thank you! Iwona & Marek

There was a terrible problem on the ground floor with an overpowering smell, rather like burnt gunpowder or that of a room which has had many smokers in it. I do not know about the first floor accommodation. The receptionist said there was a problem with condensation or damp. It really ruined our one night stay and we left as soon as possible next morning. Otherwise the hotel would have been just as good as some others we stayed at (8 hotels in all e.g. Etap or Stars,)and cheaper.

It was a new experience to meet a hotel where nobody is awaiting you. The reception opened only at 5:30 p.m. that we did not before. After using the toilet there was a little flood every time. The hot water was "switched on" only in the late evening.

Our 2nd stay at this hotel. For the price you pay, the rooms are very adequate and are nice & clean. Very well situated to explore Dijon and plenty of restaurants nearby. Right next door to a Leclerc supermarket which is very handy. The only downside is the nearby traintrack which can be quite noisy although the trains don't run all through the night.

Very good value. Good restaurant within walkig distance (Flunch). Staff very friendly and hotel relatively easy to find - from the A31 make sure you keep following the signs for Chenove, it is quite a long way. Only downside is the noise of the trains at night but they do seem to stop at midnight. Very enjoyable stay.

We were very surprised to have bathrooms in the rooms (instead of in the hallway at for instance Formule 1) and for a family it's very convenient that the rooms share the same entrance door.
