The ladie at the desk was Rude! When I called because they were not on the corner as the web page indicated the ladie yelled into the phone because I did not understand her! When I arrived she was rude and Not welcoming at All! The light was out in my bathroom when I asked to get it fixed she was RUDE!

the staff are not all welcoming. they do not even give directions to the room and not even any offer of help if in case you need it. the area sorrounding the hotel looks rough and there is no restaurants nearby, but a lot of order leaflets in the reception to order in instead. the small kitchen through the hallway is dirty with the sink rusting already. with the reception area having only a small hole for you to push your money through and the glass window covering it bveing an inch thick, it gives the impression that it is not a very safe place to be along with the whole area having shops and houses that has paints peeling off of them. i personally could not stay there after seeing the place and got really scared of my safety yet could not get a refund of the payment that i made for my bookings.
