Extremely helful concierge who went out of his way to assist us each time we met. Lovely rooms, good value, stunning view. Concierge also helped to arrange ongoing accommodation. Very happy with this choice (but I wish Italian hotels supplied an iron)

The staff were extremely friendly and really looked after us. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens, right on the lake front. It is approximately 10 minutes walk from the adorable local village.

Even the weather was extremely kind, for the time of year - waking up to see the bright sunshine with the snow-peaked mountains the other side of the lake was magnificent
