A very nice hotel with perfect staff. There is a cheap supermarket across the road. Everything is wonderful in this hotel, but next time I would prefer a hotel located in the very center of the town, at the lake.

City is in easy walking distance. Pool is fine.One of our rooms was opening on a busy and noisy main road and the window did not close well.

I thought that this lovely family run hotel was in a terrific location, a 15 minute walk down into the centre of Desenzano. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The one negative comment that I would have was there was very little choice at breakfast. Eggs or something would have been nice! Although they do serve excellent coffee.

Well run family hotel.Clean and freandly not recomended if looking for a room with a view.We were b and b but had three evening meals which were very good.We will definitely use this hotel again.

Difficult to find using the road signs in the town (very poor). Didn't download directions from web site which was a big mistake. The surroundings of the Hotel are not the most attractive but as a stop-over on business it was very good.Restaurant competent and bed comfortable. The people and service couldn't have been better. Good value for money

Great spacious rooms, kept very clean. Friendly service and good breakfast. Hotel itself was lovely, location not that great, about 20 mins walk from train station, 15 mins walk from main town.

The Hotel was very clean and tidy, the food was very good and we were pleased we went half board. The pool was always clean and the staff very accomadating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for the price we paid.
