Hotel Perry's Ocean Edge Resort guest room double double queen The modern accommodations at the Perry's Ocean Edge Resort hotel are all spacious and have a private bathroom with hairdryer, balcony and dining area with kitchenette. The Courtside Room (non-ocean front) comes with two queen size beds and kitchenette and has been completely redone in March 2009.
The Garden Rooms (non-ocean front) are located in the area surrounding the swimming pool. They feature two double beds and a kitchen, 25" TV and have a capacity for up to 4 people.
The Ocean Front Guest Room with spectacular views from the balcony, features two queen beds, sitting area with sofa-bed and a kitchenette. It has a maximum capacity of 4 people. The Ocean Fron Efficiency is just like the previous one but has a separate kitchen and dining area and a capacity for up to 5 people.
The Ocean Front Jr. Suite are spacious and feature spectacular views from the balcony, two queen beds, sitting area with sofa-bed, full kitchen and extra vanity area. The maximum capacity is 5 people.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 4 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel a reservation you will be charged 25 $. If you cancel a reservation less that 3 days prior to check in date you will be charged the full amount of the first night Deposit: Once the reservation has been confirmed, the price of the first night will be charged on your credit cards as a deposit. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Each additional adult in room is $10.00 per night extra (children 17 years and under free in room with adult).
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
