The hotel stay was excellent. The only problem was a glitch in the reservation process between the web page and the actual property. I requested and received confirmation for 2 rooms from Vernere.com but the actual property system only had 1 room. The hotel staff resolved the issue and I was able to obtain both rooms that I requested. Excellent customer service.

We had a great time and would stay there again. We originally had a room that was on the side of the bldg that overlooked the pool, terrace and had a nice view of the ocean (floor 7 towards the back of the hotel). However, the A/C was not working so we had to change to a room on the other side of the bldg that overlooked the parking lot but still had a smaller view of the ocean (floor 3 towards the front of the hotel). The second room had a bit of a musty smell but perhaps that is to be expected of a room on lower floors due to hurricanes- I don't know. The windows are dirty on the outside so that kind of blocks the view but I guess that is to be expected with the salty air. It is very close to Main Street (less than 2 miles) so that is good as we came for Biketoberfest. We also felt safe parking our bikes in the parking garage and felt that the hotel was safe overall. They do not allow trailers of any kind so you will have to make arrangements to park it elsewhere (they will provide a list for you- $15 to $20 a day). All of the staff is very friendly. If you are not expecting the Hilton, then you will not be disappointed if you stay here.

The hotel helped us a lot however this site somehow messed up the reservation. I called to verify the registration and they had nothing. The hotel was decent I would not stay there again though.

Exit to I-95 north. Drive 0.25 miles/0.4 km then follow I-95 directions above.
