It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

The standard double rooms are exceptionally small, I would recommend booking a room with a balcony if your stay is longer than 1 or 2 nights. I found the staff of the hotel to be extremely welcoming, efficient and competent and would definitely book this hotel on my return trip to Davos Platz.

Good room and great breakfast. Dinner menu was very limited. The only, small, public area was not smoke free.

The hotel didn't have all the services due to low snow season (for exemple no swimming pool or poor breakfast); but nobody said to us.

How to reach Cresta-Sun Hotel
By carFrom Zurich airport, go in direction Zurich, then the expressway in direction Chur. Stay on the Chur expressway way until the Landquart junction, then take the main road to Davos (approximately 45 minutes driving time).
In Davos, drive for about 1.5 km along the promenade up to the Kongress Hotel. Turn left down Hertistraße, then the next left again along Talstraße. After 100 meters, you are right in front of the Hotel Cresta Sun.
By train
From Zurich airport, take the streetcar to Zurich central station. Change to the regional train and go to Sargans/Landquart/Chur. Change in Landquart and take the train to Davos to the station Davos-Platz. (approximately 3 hours traveling time).
