The Hotel Arqueologo Exclusive Selection occupies a colonial building with a beautiful courtyard with stone arches and columns, likewise a large garden with furniture conditioned and terraces with native flowers and trees.
It is located to 5 minute walk from the main square and 15 minutes by bus from the airport, within the traditional neighborhood of San Cristobal which still retains its colonial style. It has an exclusive and unique gourmet restaurant serving lunch and dinner with a live Opera show, also has a cafeteria overlooking the city, where guests can enjoy a complimentary buffet breakfast. There is a lounge bar on site where guests can relax with a drink and tapas and feast their ears with live jazz.
The rooms are cozy and comfortable, designed with standards of beauty, conveniently equipped with all amenities for rest and tranquility for our guests. They also have windows overlooking the gardens, courtyard or city and biodegradable toiletries that do not harm the environment.

Enjoy a varied buffet breakfast in our cafeteria, overlooking the city, is served between 6:00 and 9:30 am. Also features a continental breakfast service on request without extra charge from 4 to 6 am and from 9:30 to 11 am, for guests who leave early.You will find lunch and dinner service in the gourmet restaurant with a live Opera show. Guests can enjoy an exclusive selection of drinks and tapas at the bar as well as jazz nights, attention in the restaurant are Monday to Saturday, except Sunday.

Excellent public areas at this hotel. Very picturesque with a nice bar/fireplace to hang out after hours. Learned the hard way that you cannot rely on them to pick you up at the airport as arranged. Might be best to plan on taking a taxi. Also, no TVs in room as indicated on their website.

Arqueologo Hotel has 20 cozy and comfortable rooms, conveniently equipped with all amenities for rest and tranquility of our guests, with access via exterior corridors, heating, safe, hair dryer, clock radio, daily maid service. Superior rooms with garden or courtyard views, with windows that open. Beds come with down comforters and pima cotton sheets. Guests have access to wire Internet at front desk, wireless in suites rooms and some public areas. The bathrooms have 24 hours hot water.
