Hotel very poor quality and Venere quoted a price with breakfast, which didnt match the hotel expertation, we therefore had to pay the hotel separately for the breakfast and Venere dont respond to our claim for the breakfast we had to pay for. Hopefully this will wake them up. HS 2009-04-21.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. At the time I stayed, (Aug/07)the room was very nicely renovated. However, they are still working on the public areas.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
