Hotel de la Foret - Crans-Montana

I only was in Crans three days,and had to anticipated my return ,because of family problems.The employes have been very kind and helped me on booking train to go back.Also the quality of food was very fine.

Las fotografias de la piscina cubrierta del hotel son engañosas porque se realizaron cuando la construccion del hotel y los arboles eran enanos y ahora desde la piscina no se ve ni una sola montaña, porque los arboles lo tapan.

Hotel con buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Personale abbastanza gentile e disponibile.L'Hotel dista circa 15 min.a piedi dalla stazione funicolare.La piscina è fuori dall'hotel(di fronte).La struttura in generale ci è sembrata un po datata ma perfettamente efficiente.Torneremo volentieri in questo hotel per la ns.prossima vacanza a Crans-Montana!

My room in South side of the hotel it was very very old. No relationship between price and quality

Friendly staff. A double room is too small if you are two adults with a baby. To go to the swimming pool you have to cross a main road, which is not very convenient. Pool is closed on Saturdays.

Comfortable hotel with beautiful views and south facing balconies. Rooms were comfortable and very warm. Food good in restaurant. Very near to ski lifts with a shuttle bus run by hotel. Swimming pool is in fact in the building opposite but it quite a good size.

My husband and I had a nice time, we were just suprise about the bill when we were checking out, the confirmation I received by email was 190 CHF per room for 2 nights, but we were charged per person. I suggest that it should be made clear in the confirmation that the price quoted is per person and not per room.
