A very pleasant hotel. Well placed for all amenities, especially skiing. An unfortunate incident occured during our stay, but the management recompensed us immediatly, to which we were very satisfied.(It was not fault of hotel. Was a good choice at breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.
INCLUDED/NON INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Local tax is not included in the price and costs CHF 2,50 per person per day from 4th January 2009 to 19th April 2009 and from 20th June 2009 to 24th July 2009 .
In-room wireless Internet access is included in the price.
Cots are included in the price for children under 2.
Garage parking is not included in the price and costs €20,00/CHF 30,00 per day.
Children from 2 to 6 years are charged 25% of the room rate (per night per person for an extra bed).
Children from 7 to 12 years are charged 50% of the room rate (per night per person for an extra bed).
Children aged more than 12 are charged 75% of the room rate (per night per person for an extra bed).
Pets are admitted (upon request) at no additional charge.
Breakfast is included in the price.

From 29 to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total
From 13 to 03 days before arrival, 60% of the total
From 02 to 00 days before arrival, 80% of the total
Cancellation policy during high season :
Until 60 days before arrival : 10%
From 59 to 30 days before arrival : 50% of total
From 29 to 14 days before arrival : 80% of total
From 13 to 00 days before arrival : 100% of the total
Taxes are not included in the rates at CHF2.50
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
