This is the first time that I was in the Grand Hotel du Parc, but I will back the next winter, because your situation and your personnel are excellent and very kind.

There was a mismatch between the type of room on the web (simple superior) and my request. I indicated that persons in the room were 2 and it was showed above type of room and I assume it was a double room. It wasn't and this was discovered at the hotel where, anyway, we have been not asked to pay the difference.
