The Hotel provides very high level of services for an average tourist (I mean, not for those who may afford 10k-plus budgets for their vacations or business trips). Had I twice as great amount in my final receipt, I would have still accepted this hotel as a very reasonable for the place and quality of services provided, a real bargain in 'bang for-the-buck' factor. Rooms cleaning every day, towels change every day, traditional hospitality and tea-and-coffee with biscuits in the rooms. I had a special promotion offer for 38 pounds per night, for a 1-week stay in a very spacious double-room (about 30 sq. meters), with en-suite bathroom and wc. It is really comfortable to cross the road from the bus central terminal and find yourself in your room within just two minutes. Will recommend them to friends.

VERY GOOD HOTEL COMPERING WITH THE HOTEL I STAYED IN LONDON. THE PARSONEL I RECAPTION SEEMS TO BE TIRED AND NOT FRIENDLY.THE RESTAURANT WAS EXCELLENT AND THE FOOD NICE AND ENOUGHT. I WILL STAY THERE IN MY NEXT VISIT.

The Hotel Britannia Coventry was out my standard. Hotel's windows were wery dirty. The warm water arrived too late from the tap. It was the first time at Hotel Britannia Coventry and in UK. Regards, Endre Zsaludek

The hotel is dated a little but clean. Breakfast was not included in the price and expensive to purchase in the hotel. Ideal city centre location for short weekend break.

Great location if you come in via the Pool Meadow terminal- thats why we chose this hotel.This was a quad room for four and was an excellent sized room. Bathroom floor needs a drain in it and we had problems with the toilet. Full Enlish breakfast inclued was great. Staff not real friendly though. No coffee and tea making facilites but we got used to it after a while.I would stay here again.
