Family run Mother,Son,and daughter. Could not have been more hospitable. I have an allergy to Gluten called Celiac Disease. I cannot eat wheat,barley or Rye flour. They went far beyond I could have expected to have items I could eat. I would highly recommend this hotel

Very friendly family run hotel situated close to the main street in Courmayeur so with great access to good local restaurants without being noisy. It's about a 10 minute walk to the cable car. Breakfast includes breads, pastries, boiled eggs, yoghurt, cereals, fruits, hams, cheeses etc - ample choice. Wifi internet available for a small fee (5 euros per 24 hrs). Rooms were spacious and very clean and ours had a magnificent view of the mountains. The family members who ran the hotel spoke great English (and French) and went out of their way to be as helpful as possible.

How to reach Berthod Hotel
By carDriving on the A5 highway, take the Courmayeur exit. At the second roundabout, follow sign for the city centre (Centro). Enter the town until you are allowed to drive. Then, before entering the city area close to the traffic, you will see on your left side a button with the hotel name. Click the button and from the reception the hotel staff will make you enter the restricted area by opening the turnpike gate.
