METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Bar le Jump is open each day from 9.30 through until 01.00 the following morning. It's the ideal place to take a morning coffee stop, to have a quick and filling lunch, to have a well deserved après ski drink or to meet friends after dinner. There's always a friendly welcome and a great atmosphere.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The prices are per day for a room occupied by one or two people, on a bed & breakfast basis. They include VAT and service, but not the local "Taxe de Sejour". Any booking will be considered confirmed after having received a deposit (30% of the total amount of your stay). In case of a cancellation or change of the stay, the cancellations fees will be calculated as follow: - From 20 days prior to the arrival: 30% of the stay - From 14 days to the arrival day: 100% of the stay
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
