Having stayed at the Paraiso Floral before, once again we enjoyed every moment of it. The hotel is an excellent place for families to relax and the staff cannot do enough to help you during your stay. We will definitely go there again, and again, and again. Thats how confident I am re the standards of this hotel. Long may it continue to offer the excellent set of standards that it always does.

the hotel is in the middle of nowhere so if you want a boring holiday then book up. You will definitely need to be all inclusive

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after midday.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is included in the price.
Use of the Internet Point is not included in the price; charges upon request.
Use of the in-room safe incurs an extra charge of €13,00 per week plus a refundable deposit of €5,00.
Mini bar is not included in the price. The charge is €12,00 per week plus a refundable deposit of €5,00.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The reservation is guaranteed by credit card at the time of the booking. For reservations cancelled 48 hours or less prior to arrival, the hotel will charge the ammount of the first night. Payment on arrival at the Hotel. On the 25th and the 31st of December mandatory Gala Dinner to be paid at check in: 25th Dec. 52€ per person; children 50%off - 31st Dec. 65€ per person; children 50%off. (Included in the price)
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
