Convenient, spotlessly clean and attractive. Excellent value. The front desk staff was not very knowledgeable about traveling by train or bus and would not even use their computer to check information for us. They sent us to a nearby travel agent who was very helpful but of course charged us $30.00 to book our one-way train ticket. We found the front desk staff, except for Alessio, to be uncharacteristically cool. Would not be a great choice for novice travelers.

The rooms were beautiful with contemporary furnishings. The room was like a mini-apartment with kitchenette including cappuccino/espresso maker. The cleaning staff were very thorough. There was a private balcony. We stayed 2 nights, but would have been happy spending our whole vacation there. The price was amazing - the same as a 1 or 2 star in Rome, Florence or Venice. There were pay per view movies in English.
