First time a Kolfuschger Hof but not in Val Badia! Rating notes: "correspondence with web pages" sorry, I put 5 on type and number of rooms because I can have no idea about. "cleanliness of room" was a 10 until I found a stain on the sofa. "competence of employees" and "quality of service" is rated 8 because they failed prompt assistance with instructions for the room safe.
