This was our first visit in this part of Tuscany and we can recommend it to everyone. Our apartment was great and the garden was great. We visit towns like Cortona, Assisi and Montepuliciano and they are all great. Camucia the little town were the apartment is nice.

The property was hard to find, even with a GPS. It is a group of apartments, not a hotel. Probably typical for the type of building, the apartment was quite dark and a bit on the chilly side. The owner's agent spoke English and was very helpful. Overall it was comfortable and had an adequately stocked kitchenette. Payment was cash only, which is not stated on the website. We arrived late in the day with insufficient euros, but the owner's agent, the daughter I believe, allowed us to pay her the following day.

All the apartments have been meticulously renovated with considerable attention to every detail. Each apartment is elegantly decorated in typical Tuscan style and offers modern-day facilities.

Accommodation amenities include private bathroom with shower, colour TV, fully equipped kitchen, microwave oven, electric oven and central heating. Laundry facilities are available at an extra charge.

By car From Milan, Florence and Rome, exit the A1 motorway at Valdichiana. Take the Siena-Perugia clearway towards Perugia. After a few kilometres take the second exit towards Cortona. Drive along Via Lauretana, towards the hill of Cortona, up to Camucia. The property is at 14, Via Fratelli Cervi.
