Rooms were quite dirty. We asked for 4 glasses to drink wine from the bar and the cleaning lady did not pick them up the next day, she left them dirty as they were. Doors are old and wooden so they make too much noise when people start to exit their rooms. Breakfast was a nightmare.

We were a bit disappointed by the location of the room, at the 2nd floor, on the side of the hotel, in front of work in progress of a new building. We had requested a room at a higher floor with a nicer view, but no way of getting it. The room itself had a nice balcony (in front of the building in progress, which hid the view of the mountains...), but the furniture were a little bit mean... Nevertheless, we were delighted by the kindness of the female employee who served us the aperitives, she was very friendly and informal. We would come back again to this hotel only in case of a better location of the room, because, despite of all this, the quality / price ratio seems good.

Very well-located hotel for exploring mountains around Cortina. Ten minute drive down into Cortina where we ate each night. The hotel rate was rather expensive compared to other hotels on our trip and did not include breakfast. We did not pay the 15 euros each for the hotel breakfast as this seemed very expensive compared to local alternatives. Also the internet access was 4 euros for 15 minutes which is laughable. This could be a great hotel if they did not try to rip off their residents for food and extras.

First time there. Room gave some cocooning context. Services more than acceptable, (welcome and dinner). Good address for one or two nights.

The weather at the time in Pocol was inspiring and so everything appeared excellent. The staff were accomodating if not gushing, I especilly appreciated the flexibility to use the room on my departure until late afternoon. The hotel is old fashioned but very correct and everything is convenient if you are skiiing. I was in Pocol to ski.

This is a grand old elegant hotel I have known for 35 years! At this time I find that some room's renovations could be in order. A guests' computer with internet access could be very appreciated. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff has remained the best.

the bed blanket needs to be cleaned more often.the bedspread and mattress and the back of the bed between the wall and bed were so dusty. and I very lacked the shower curtain.

Excellent position. Good service except that few of the breakfast serving staff appeared to speak any English.

Overall rating and experience - good. Staff are generally courteous and helpful. For improvement - need to have a porch for car to drop the passsengers and luggage on a rainy day.

A very nice friendly hotel with a great location and a nice atmosphere. You wake in the morning with a fantastic view (if it's clear).

The concierge at this hotel is probably the most unfriendly, unhelpful individual in the whole of Italy. He pretended he could not speak English, when it was plain that he could. He offered no help in obtaining a doctor for us when we needed one, and all in all, it is possible that this individual could ruin one's stay at this hotel.

Hotel staffs are not good at English. It was difficult to communicate with them about even very basic things like dinner arrangement. It looked all other hotel guests were staying with haif-board. But we cannot book rooms with half-board on web site. Besides, hotel staffs did not explain we should book a dinner in advance at the reception if we needed. We were refused to have a dinner at hotel restaurant and had to go out to find out restaurant.

This hotel is like going back to the 50s nice and clean with come lovely furniture . However its right on the ss48 and if you turn up before 4pm you may worry about the noise . After 6pm you would think you were on a back road no traffic and foxes walking up the middle of the road . Views are stunning . Worth a stay.
