Nice hotel, large and comfortable rooms, absolutely quiet, keen employees, stunning surroundings. The "5" for the services offered is due to the lack of info in the webpages regarding the availability of the swimming pool: always closed "for maintenance" the whole saturday and most sunday. In few words, unavailable for weekend-customers (as we were, actually). Btw, in weekdays it opens in the afternoon only.

The suite that we had booked was not available. we had to agree to stay in 2 separate small rooms, very far from each other, leaving 2 childrens (10/12 years old) alone in the rooms, located in a diferent floors from ours. We had a confirmed reservation for a 2 bedroom suite that could confortly accomodate the 4 of us.

The hotel has double rooms as well as junior suites and comfort suites for up to 3 and 6 people respectively.All rooms feature a private bathroom with hairdryer, a mini bar, TV, direct dial telephone, heating and Internet plug.
The rooms boast a panoramic view over the Dolomites.
