Hotel in posizione ottima (50n mt. dalla zona pedonale di Cortina). Forse un po' vecchio negli arredamenti. Servizio buono e buono anche il servizio ristorante.

Nel complesso ottimale.Stanze comode, bagni comodi, servizio puntuale ed attento. Qualche incomprensione/diversità di trattamento riscontrata con altri ospiti nella gestione del bambino (due anni) che non poteva cenare prima dell'orario generalizzato per la cenza (h.20) e che costituiva un problema per la nostra cena. Anticiperei l'orario della cena. Non c'era la possibilità di vedere tv via satellite

The absence of quadruple rooms is limiting for family with young children and the necessity to take two rooms rises the price for the family. It would be better to have a sale for family with young children. The overall service and tipe of location remain very good at all.

The hotel is in a good location and is pretty reasonable. The 4 things that I thought were disappointing were: 1. We had a triple room which was just a twin with an extra bed put in and very crampt 2. Despite this they charged 1x5 times a double which was over the top 3. The service was ok but no better 4. The evening meal was a buffet which you got pretty fed up with quite quickly A safe bet but not as good as I had hoped.

Lovely hotel, fabulous food the only criticism is that evening meal was very rushed. We like to spend time over our dinner and not feel like it's a race. The dinner buffet is listed as served from 8.15pm - 9.15pm however we found that the staff started to clear away the buffet at around 9pm hence even if you arrived promptly you had very little time to enjoy the experience.

A real disaster! The director of the hotel showed to be insolent with the guests: he blamed the fact our company booked the rooms with a hotel search engine (since he had to pay in this way the commissions to venere.com). His reaction was to give our customers the worst rooms in the hotel: the guests couldn't limit the heating with the only solution to open the window in their room, the minibar might remain empty for more than one day without being filled, and the reception bar closed at 11 pm (not a minute more, even if the client would only buy a bottle of water). At breakfast the espresso was to be paid apart(even with b&b rate!).

One of the best Hotels I have stayed in from a service point of view. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were great - food was great and all at a reasonable price.

We visited Cortina in the summer and the location of this hotel was perfect. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Dinner was excellent but was very rushed - had only 1 hour to finish meal and felt pressurised by staff to leave the dining room. Breakfast was mediocre. I know it was in Cortina but was very expensive and not good value for money. Not sure If I would return due to high cost.

This hotel was much better than expected. It's nothing luxurious, but the rooms were very spacious, clean and comofortable, everything worked. Walls were a little thin and we could hear our room neighbors talk but that didn't bother us too much. The breakfast and dinner buffet were outstanding - it really exceeded our expectations by far. The price was really a bargain, considering half board is included and the hotel is so close to the center of Cortina. Ski rental is across the street and the bus to the slopes also stops right there. Staff helped us with many things and did so patiently and effeciently. Would definetely go there again.

We had two major complaints. First, the room was the size of a shoebox, barely bigger than the bed. There was one chair in the room which we were forced to put on the balcony in order to have room for our baggage. Second, the hotel is situated directly on a busy and noisy street. The car and small truck noise was virtually non-stop. Compounding this was construction to adjacent buildings which was taking place during this summer (2005).

Hotel Majoni offered a strong value for its price. The hotel is on one of the main thoroughfares, so you may want to request a room at the back of the hotel for more quiet. Rooms are a little dated in appearance, however, the housekeeping staff does a fabulous job of keeping them clean. The entire staff was exceptionally hard working and seemed eager to make my stay enjoyable.

The hotel is in an ideal location just outside the main centre but only a short walk to main facilities. Staff were helpful and welcoming and the buffet food was of a high standard. Overall good value for money. Would definately use the hotel if we return to the area.

Excellent service and meals. A large construction site almost opposite to the hotel caused some noise: the only small minus in our stay.

We stayed there 2 nights. The first night we were in a first floor room which was dark and hot, with a view primarily of a parking lot. After asking for a room change, we were very nicely upgraded to a significantly nicer room on the 3rd floor, very spacious and lovely, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was excellent,specifically the manager, extremely helpful and accommodating. The food was very plentiful and good.

Very good situation in the village. Quite quiet. Good parking (Important in Cortina). The staff were very helpful and the food was excellent with a huge choice. Definitely would return. Not cheap but then nowhere is in Cortina, even so by Cortina standards good value.

Staffs were friendly,buffet was excellent, location was OK although the near hotel has been reconstructed. Our room was very small. If we have told them that we had a dog with us when we sent a request, we could have enjoyed hotel stay in a wider room with balcony, the manager said. Anyway, we didn't care much about the room because we really enjoyed activities in Cortina d'Ampezzo.
