Well located, clean, comfortable, spacious apartments, however not directly siutated on the beach as it appears on the photographs! Good choice of bathing/swimming areas, however disapointed that the sauna was nude only. Again, good choice of food, with three dining areas to choose from. Good entertainment team, but would like to have seen more professional acts on the evening. Would go back to this resort and complex.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of a cancellation of the reservation 48 hours before the arrival it will be charged 50% of the room rate per night to your credit card, and in case of no-show the whole price of the room per night (with the chosen type of board). In case of a cancellation of the reservation that is during high season, like August, Easter, and Christmas, 7 days before the arrival it will be charged 50% of the total price to your credit card. Your reservation is guaranteed until 8:00 pm.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
