I love the warm and fuzzy feelings Ayres Hotel has given me this pass year. I was a bit shock at the Corona Location: My room was on the 2nd floor and my room reek smoke. No elevators. Breakfast was good but the tables were sticky and disgusting. Kids running all over the place. Climbing upstaires was a bad experience when so many luggage bags and work equipment to carry. Also having a bad knee didn't make it any better. No luggage racks were available. By the time I finished after my 3rd trip I realized my room reek like smoke. I was too tired to go down and complain. I left the AC running through my entire stay to take that alwful smell of smoke in my room. The young lady that checked me in was friendly but didn't have the courtesy to be caring like I have been accustomed to in Diamond Bar. This hotel needs to take some caring and courtesy from their sister resort in Diamond Bar. I will think twice now about booking with Ayres Hotels in any other cities.
