A big negative here and a thing that will prevent me from returning as a business customer is the serious lack of parking. The website states free parking however there are a very limited amount of spaces and the staff said we would have to pay for on street parking which cannot be always safe and costs extra cash. There is no ticket machine for on street parking and one has to purchase a disc from a nearby shop (when opened). The parking begins at 8.30am and shops are not open to purchase a disc. Plus if you are on holidays you have to get up and make sure you pay for parking. Many cars were clamped along the street outside the hotel as its a very easy target for the clampers. The hotel should do more about this problem and I wont be returning on this basis as all other hotels in Cork provide safe parking if not always free.

Parking is not as advertised. If you arrive much later than check in time, you will not get a space and will need to pay at a garage several blocks away. We were lucky to get a spot the following day shortly after checkout time and left the car there until we checked out. Not the best hotel and we had an odd shaped room, guess they were trying to take advantage of all space available as it seems there are also apartments or something in the building. Ok, I would not stay here again.

Hi, The room was cold as one of the windows couldn't be closed. And unfortunatelly we had a view to the cemetary which is located next to the hotel. Regards

This hotel offered more than I needed, i.e., swimming pool, bars, gym... It was also great to have the iron and the iron-board in the room. Room was spacious. However, coming from the hotel Maldron in Dublin, I found the offered service was not as high-quality as in Dublin. In particular, cleanliness and quietness of rooms was just barely fine.

The room was very nice and the staff was wonderful and very helpful. The only problem was the cooing pigeons outside of our room that kept us up all night, but that's really not the fault of the hotel. Also, our toilet wouldn't flush, but the staff took care of it right away. I would highly reccommend the Maldron Hotel! Cork Ireland was beautiful!
