Room at the front was very noisey late at night and we needed the window open to be cool. It was in the heart of the tourist area but difficult to access by car because of narrow, one way streets. Three time as expensive as similar hotels in Granada and Seville.

Excellent location by the side of the Mezquita, but it is noisy in the front rooms. However the new extension around a central courtyard (opening later in 2011) looks fantastic. For a 2 star hotel it is well worth staying here, but I would breakfast elsewhere. Very friendly,helpful staff. Useful if driving as the hotel has a garage (15€ a day), and being so central you can walk everywhere. It is also right beside an excellent tapas bar Bodega Mezquita. I would recommend the hotel and the tapas!
