Richmond Hotel - Copenhagen

The breakfast in the hotel is excellent, the room is simply furnished,the beds could be better,the mattresses are too weak the bathroom is very small and wet,because there is no separate shower cabin. resume:it is a good hotel,nearby the town center ,tivoli and the station

We got a big room. Good service and back up. In center of Copenhagen.

The staff were extrmely helpful in every way and made our stay in Copenhagen a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this propert to anyone.

Ab 1.7.2011 gehört dieses hotel dem Best Western Kette nicht mehr. Wir waren dort kurz nach der Übernahme durch den neuen Betreiber, das Hotel nüsste eigentlich complett renoviert werden. Bad winzig klein und dabei nicht mal richtig sauber.

The Hotel met my standard. Its location was very close to Tivoli, Town Hall ,Stroget and other central points of the town.

The reception and the support staffs are good and helpfull.The hotel facilities are good value for money.

The rooms at the street side is very noisy. We had to change the room to sleep. The rooms to the backyard have no opening possibilities except a door to the fire exit that is reachable from all the rooms at the same floor. However, the staff is service - minded, and the location is very central. ( 10 mins walk to "Strøget"

The bathroom was unbelievable. Shower without base and with just a tent to prevent water from drawning the bathroom. Shower taps out of the tent!!! Cold-water tap of the basin broken. High risk of death to use the hairdryer because of water on all the floor... Extremely small room, poor breakfast (not included too), very low quality and conditions in general

Front desk staff on arrival was very helpful and friendly. Room was small (but it is Europe), however it did smell a little. Location was good, but overall surrounding area did seem dirty (could have been the weather). Good for location and price, but be prepared to sacrifice amenities (like a proper shower stall). I've stayed in 'third world' hotels for $5 a night that seemed nicer. Would I stay here again... if I couldn't find somewhere else with a better location for the price, probably (after all, we were only sleeping there and not expecting a Hilton or Radisson). But I would seriously look around for an alternative first.

I had booked a triple room (3 adults) and they gave us a double with an extra bed, which could only be used by a very young kid because it was sooo small. I complained and the guy at the reception said he would have given me a suite, which he did. That room was again very disappointing. The double bed was in a kind of corridor and it was very small. The third bed was the same as the one in the first room. When I asked why beds are so tiny they said that is the standard in Denmark! Apart from that, breakfast is great but rather expensive, like everything else in Copenhagen.

L`albergo ha soddisfatto pienamente le aspettative, centralissimo, a pochissimi metri dalla stazione centrale e dal centro della citta' oltre che dal punto informazione dove e' possibile fare anche un`ottima colazione all`italiana. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque volesse trascorrere qualche giorno in una citta' meravigliosa come Copenhagen.

- room smell was terrible (particularly the bed, linen) - shower curtain was useless, the whole bathroom got wet - reception ran out of water (bottled water) - there was no AC, so either we had noise all night or the room would get very hot - TV was ok: plasma screen, lots of channels

Price was ok but problem was they charged for using internet. They need to be more proffesional specialy for hotel manager.Employees,they were ok manager didn't say hi even.

Excellent service from the gentleman on duty at reception on arrival. Above and beyond the call of duty!!
