It was the first we stayed at Wakeup Copenhagen. It was a really nice hotel! Se lived in a standard room for one night. Nice design in the room, comfortable bed and we heared almost one noise from any other guest. It was as well close to Köbenhavn Hovebane, restaurants and shopping

We were only staying for a single day to recover after a long-haul flight before moving on. We arrived very tired and the hotel staff kindly allowed us to check in early. The location is ok, it worked for us because it was easily accessible to the main train station, but there are not many things to do in the immediate area. We enjoyed the lovely view from the rooms, we had a "sky" room, and were on the 4th floor. The room is very small, but had all we needed for a single evening stay.

Got access cards for the room at check in. These were not initialized, hence had to return to the reception to get access cards intitialized before we could get into the room. On the last day the credit card reader did not function in the dining area on level 2. Had to go down to the reception to purchase breakfast tickets. Could have arranged for tickets to be bought in the dining area in this instance.

We had a good stay. We even rented bikes from the hotel which was a great way to see Copenhagen.

We had booked a family room, but on arrival were told there had been a problem and they could offer us two upgraded double rooms in stead. Upgrade just meant higher floor, views of train tracks! The rooms were fine, but as doubles, did not suit our teenage girl and boy very well as they had to share. Apart from that though great value, great location, clean and everything we needed. Breakfast a bit basic but ok for the money.

Rooms are small, some with hard floor, others with carpet. Hair dryer, a bar of soap, sowergel, towels are provided. No telephone in the room, neither a safety ring, which seems very odd. Overall, a good hotel for a short (business) stay, just next to the Tivoli Congress Center.

Very good hotel within a few minutes from the central station and the centre of the city. The breakfast was good both in quality and quantity. The rooms were small but very clean and quiet. The only negative point in my opinion is that there was no telephone in the rooms.

The rooms are nice, clean, exactly like on the pictures. The price compared with the quality is so good, the hotel is well located, the staff is nice, and helpful. The only thing what could make the others unsatisfied is the noise. We could hear noise from the other rooms, or from the trains (the hotel is next to the central station'rails) But the noise was not as annoying. I am satisfied with this hotel, and I can only recommend it.

Considering the whole quality of the hotel I think is too expensive. Rooms are too small.

I visited Copenhagen for a spring break with family for 5 days. The hotel was able to provide us a room hours before normal check-in hours just by upgrading. Promised a better view but the view really wasn't that nice... our window was facing towards the industrial part of Copenhagen so all you could see was trains racks and fumes. The hotel is located in a walking distance from the Central Railway Station and the center making it easy to navigate around town. As a person who values design I really enjoyed the emphasis put on details but that has limited functionality of the shower and causes too much waiting time for elevators (just because of the fancy factor). All in all though a good hotel, quite pricey but maybe in normal levels for Copenhagen standards.

very modern hotel. i tend to think of it as a dorm more than a hotel. not just because the room is tiny, but also because the majority of the clientele is young people between 18-35. the lobby at night are full of people chatting away, reminding me of my university life. not a bad thing at all. like other people said, the dry 10-15min walk to the Central Station (no sight/shop on the way whatsoever) makes this hotel a bit inconvenient (and honestly quite painful when you're carrying your luggage in the rain). but hey, it's the cheapest deal one could get in Copenhagen if not going to the hostel route. very basic and new-ish facilities, big flat-screen HD tv and clean bed. recommend using the lockers at train station rather than storing ur bags at the hotel basement if you wanna stick around for a bit more sightseeing after check-out (by 11PM). The housekeeping/staff actually tried to rush me out on my last day by "unintentionally" attempting to enter my room twice before 10AM. boo!
