The hotel is a disco on fridays and saturdays : impossible to sleep untill 2 in the night! The rooms are extremely small (too small for two). Breakfast is poor, customers have to wait a long time until coffee is refilled... We booked for 2 nights but finaly stayed one night and changed to another hotel...

We're altogether very happy with our stay. The room was very small but it was nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable, and the room was (as requested by us) very quiet. The location is good for shopping, and the walk from the central station is approximately 5 minutes.

When I booked the hotel, I thought that I might feel somewhat out of place given that I was led to belive by previous guest comments that it caters to young people, but that wasn't the case. The hotel has a trendy appeal, but can appeal to a much wider demographic, as evidenced by the varied guest ages. Staff is kind and efficient, buffet breakfast and dinner much more plentiful than I expected, and the location is excellent, although I thought that "minutes to the little mermaid statue" means a few minutes, rather than about 30 minutes walking. The room was very small, but cleaned regularly, and for the price this hotel is an excellent option. I would stay there again.

Great location, walking distance to Tivoli, national museum, major shopping area - Stroget, many restaurants. We espcially enjoyed the services of both breakfast buffet and evening buffet, which were included in our hotel fee. We stayed for two nights, unfortunately there was an outdoor bar on Saturday evening, the bar was opened till 3am, it was very noisy. The receptionist assured us it would not happen again on Sunday evening.

Perfect location. Nice staff. Small but ok room with insufficient storage space. We did't see from the description that only some rooms had air conditioning. Which? A lot of noise from the hotel bar in the yard. Excellent breakfast.

I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews for this hotel. First off, the "moderate" double bed is a complete joke. "Moderate" double is a single. This is clearly an attempt to be able to appear as one of the lower priced options for two people when it is not realistic to have two people in that bed for an entire night. We had to upgrade and they charged an additional 200 kroner per night for that. Had we not been misled about the bed for the rate, I would have chosen a different location. Without air conditioning, it was very warm our two nights so naturally you try to open the window. Well, we were over the street of the hotel which is near a bar and the city hall which rings every hour. You couldn't win.

Excellent choice, although quite expensive. Very close to Stroeget and Town Hall. Plus: excellent breakfast and evening buffet included. Minus: spaciousness of rooms (as almost everywhere outside Italy).

The rooms are too small. The door to the bathroom doesn´t close. The card for the door never worked and it is too bad that you cannot get a babybed. We had to bring one from Spain. The location is fine but there is a lot of noice from the patio. The food was good.

This is a glorified youth hostel. If you miss your college days, go there. Rooms are tiny. Anyone overweight should avoid this hotel, as you may not be able to turn inside the room. Location leaves a lot to be desired.

The big positive surprise was that an evening meal (buffet, not big, but absolutely okey for me), was included in the price. I never had this experience in northern Europe! It´s great if you travel alone, and don´t want to go out to eat alone. The hotel is very central, less than 10 minutes walking from the main railway-station.
