What an awful hotel. Rooms are more like ships cabins!! We paid 100 kronor more for a tiny bedroom where we couldn't even get past each other than we did for The Admiral Hotel on the waterfront!!! World apart. Would not recommend this hotel at all, despite its proximity to the station or the Tivoli Gardens. MUCH nicer places to stay that are cheaper.

Very clean (and small!) bedroom, new and modern bathroom. Perfect. The surrounding is like in all big cities near the train stations: red lights and such things... The main problem was the noise. You can easily hear what your neighbor is doing, and people walking in the corridor. Earplugs necessary for noise-phobic people!!

I stayed in a single room which was fine, a bit small but for a three star hotel it was acceptable. The room was noisy being on the first floor and you could hear people talking in reception downstairs. Also the lift is on every half floor so it means carrying bags up or down stairs.

Nice, clean and fit-for-purpose hotel near the railway station. Some of the nearby roads are "red light area" but can easily be avoided. Hotel surprisingly quiet for being so central. We stayed three in one room, and it was spacious enough. Very nice breakfast buffet. Good value for money.

Room was the smallest I stayed in on my trip, but that's clear from all reviewers and the site. Despite this I found it to be comfortable enough. The shower space was adequate and the counter was surprisingly large. Location is about a block behind the train station, but I never heard any disturbing noise coming over. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. Service was good.

Overall is very good, low price for family room. Not fancy, but enough to stay and get around easily in the city. We stayed in the family room, It may be a little too small for four adults, and distribution was a little funny. Hot in summer, no ventilation, and noisy area in the mornings. Excellent location. Breakfast was very good, it was nice to eat it outside. One funny thing, elevators were located in the middle of the two floors, so to take the elevator from the reception you needed to go up some stairs, same to get from the elevator to the room... Nothing major though.

Hotel sympa , mais pas de climatisation dans notre chambre. Seule probleme les abords de l'hotel assez mal frequenté car proximite de la gare centrale.

Great breakfast, perfect for a stay over the weekend, all sights within walking distance. We booked a family room for 4 persons, and it was more spacious than expected. The only negative aspect was the noise in the morning as we had a room over the street and one day the cleaner started to hover very early. Apart from that everything was good, I would stay there again.

Nice, and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staf. Value for money. Very small room on the top floor, but OK for one night. The door to the corridor was not sound proof, it was easy to hear the voices of other guests in the corridor. Nice and quiet surrounddings, even though it it close to the less quiet sorroundings south of the reilway station.

A very convenient hotel, well located, you can go walking to the most relevant touristy places, close to the Central Station; good relationship between price and quality. I Highly recommend this hotel for a few days stay.

Breakfast excellent. Bar not worthy of the name though though there is a patio with tables we were unable to get any service. Excellent location for the traveller who wants to be in the centre and near to the railway station for transport to the airport. However the room was cramped the bathroom with shower was hardly worth the name, so small, to use the toilet the shower doors had to be opned and the washbasin was the size of a thimble. Apart from that the tiling was incomplete, unfinished

Our room was small, nice and clean. BUT we had a room at the 2nd floor near the stairs. And the walls were very thin so we could hear everything! That was terrible, we woke up several times during the nights.

I stayed two days, in two different rooms. The second one was OK. The first one was clearly of lower level.... and they costed the same price! Advise: watch the quality before accepting a room. All the other aspects: surely OK.

We staid in family room with to kids. It was fine. The shower was however very poor. Bathroom needs to be remade. Location is very good. Price is good so therefore we didn´t expect much quality. It was up to our expectations. Would recomend this hotel to anyone who isn´t to picky.

Too small room...Acceptable only by students...In FRANCE such an hotel would be hardly a 'two stars' hotel not a 'three stars'as announced by hotel ANSGAR.

There is really no problem with this hotel. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. Starting with a huge breakfast buffet including wholewheat bread, sausages, cheese, cereals and last but not least: loads of coffee. The location is perfect to discover Copenhagen because you are close to the train station and the city center is within walking distance. The room was quiet, too, with view to the yard, not the street. Only the walls are quite thin so you can hear your neighbours having a shower. Since prices are generally high in Copenhagen, the room rate was okay. Oh, btw:there is an elevator, so don't worry about the (many) stairs to your room.

Very, very high price compared to standard of hotel. We got two double rooms on different floors; one was newly refurbished with good standard (small but ok), the other was old fashion with shower in front of the sink in the bath. Have also stayed at other hotel in the area - at much lower price.

We were four persons staying in a family room which was extremely small. The room including the bathroom was not suitable for four persons, maximum two. You had to use the stairs to get to the elevator and at the top floor you had to use other stairs to get all the way up, which is not suited for families with luggage and carts. In the very early morning breakfast staff cleaned the kitchen and threw glassbottle and trash in to a container in the back yard and shouted loudly. The quality of the breakfast was ok.

Nice, clean and well-sized rooms for a family of four. The closest thing to negative is the rather shabby neighborhood. OK value for the money, though. I won't look anywhere else next time I visit Copenhagen.

Hotel was located about 3 minutes from main station (walk out of back entrance of station, not the side where O'Learys is). Areas around stations in major cities tend to not be the nicest but this area was fine and not at all threatening. It was about a 15-20 minute walk into the middle of town (to the Irish bar!) and about 50 odd minutes right up to the Little Mermaid so distances were fine for going out. Hotel itself was again nothing special but totally sufficient for a short time away (or a "Ryanair Weekend"). Room was quite small but clean and with a TV. Breakfast was also fine. Hotel staff could have been a bit more helpful but were far from impolite. Overall no complaints and can recommend to others.
