Rooms could do with an update. Airconditioning does not work well at all so in the warmer days we had to sleep with the windows open. Fortunately we faced the inner courtyard so there was no noise issue with the open windows. Could be an issue if you had a room facing Kongens Nytorv which is a very busy square! Charming old hotel with some quaint features but well worth the visit.
