This hotel is quite charming and in a perfect location. The biggest issue was the noise! It is on a busy street (and located across from City Hall which is the hub of rallies - thus, noisy) - and it was unseasonably warm. The windows had to be left open as a result and the noise was horrible, we did move to another room but did not help, Other than that it was a great place to stay - close to everything and good starting point. Copenhagen is really EXPENSIVE right now which is why I rated the value low. The breakfasts were divine!

The pictures of the hotel misled me to book it. The rooms were extremely small and the walls and doors were so thin, you could hear what people are discussing in the room next door. Bathroom small. Price - quite high.

On arrival greeted by major agrovation between another customer and staff. Retreated to coffee place ajoining until over or mis booking problem resolved. Staff concerned handled problems well under circumstanses. Stay OK other than that.Food facilities limited but right in city center so no problem. This was a typical low budjet transit type city centre hotel.

la stanza non era granchè bella,il che spiega come mai le foto delle stanze non sono sul sito. ad ogni modo era abbastanza pulita e nel complesso passabile.l'hotel è in una posizione veramente ottima e la colazione, che è inclusa nel prezzo, è veramente speciale.dovessi tornare da quelle parti è un hotel dove tornerei, per cui lo consiglio.
