Hotel Alexandra - Copenhagen

Perfect location in the city center with Ströget, Tivoli and the train station a few steps away. Nicely decorated room in retrostyle. Friendly staff. Parking awailable in an underground garage around the corner.

Alexandra Hotel is located very centrally, on a very large and busy street so I would not say our room was too quiet, though our sleep was not disturbed. Our room was small but sufficiently spacious for a couple of tourists who spends most of the day out visiting. The bathroom, however, was very small and quite uncomfortable, with a very small sink and, especially, a shower which would splash all over the floor, making it necessary for us to dry the floor every time we showered. Breakfast was very good though expensive. Free internet in the room was a very good service, and the staff was very helping and nice even though it took us two days to have the safe in our room opened (we found it closed upon arrival).

This hotel is quite charming and in a perfect location. The biggest issue was the noise! It is on a busy street (and located across from City Hall which is the hub of rallies - thus, noisy) - and it was unseasonably warm. The windows had to be left open as a result and the noise was horrible, we did move to another room but did not help, Other than that it was a great place to stay - close to everything and good starting point. Copenhagen is really EXPENSIVE right now which is why I rated the value low. The breakfasts were divine!

Very nice hotel,

Excellent breakfast

The pictures of the hotel misled me to book it. The rooms were extremely small and the walls and doors were so thin, you could hear what people are discussing in the room next door. Bathroom small. Price - quite high.

On arrival greeted by major agrovation between another customer and staff. Retreated to coffee place ajoining until over or mis booking problem resolved. Staff concerned handled problems well under circumstanses. Stay OK other than that.Food facilities limited but right in city center so no problem. This was a typical low budjet transit type city centre hotel.

La stanza non era granchè bella,il che spiega come mai le foto delle stanze non sono sul sito. ad ogni modo era abbastanza pulita e nel complesso passabile.l'hotel è in una posizione veramente ottima e la colazione, che è inclusa nel prezzo, è veramente speciale.dovessi tornare da quelle parti è un hotel dove tornerei, per cui lo consiglio.
