Super location; Tivoli, Ströget, railway station, just behind the corner. Walking distance from city info and bus and boat tours. -I stayed for five days, with kids aged 13 and 15...and we all enjoyed our stay a lot.

Very clean rooms with excellent access to train station. It should be noted that hotel is in the "red light" district. This is not an area you want to be walking through when it gets dark. While the location may put some people off, I found the employees to be helpful and kind. Our stay was excellent!

Our stay at the Norlandia Star started with a very rude short lady at the reception who put us off completely. Our tariff did not include breakfast while in all other bookings in similar European hotels we got breakfast. Our room was ordinary and the bathroom floor and sink were filty. The window looked out to the back lane with open drainage pipes. Our impression of Copenhagen? One rude short woman at the reception and an unkempt room where the TV did not work.

Tourists staying in Copenaghen for a couple of days. There is a quite rich breakfast, the quality of the food is good, but sometimes is difficult to find a table to sit (becouse the room is very crowded) and the waiters(only 2 or 3)aren't enough to do all the work (I'm referring to the period of August).

The windows did not seal at all & all night party noise from the street was awful. The people in the room above us started making thumping noises at 5.30am & talking very loudly by the stairwell. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We had a 3-bed room and the room wsa nice and spaceous and clean. The bathroom was old and very bad cleaned when we arrived. There was a strong smell of urine. They came and tried to clean it up but not to our full satisfaction. The hotel was close to the train station and tivoli which was excellent. Breakfast was ok. Luggage service before and after check-in ok, but maybe with a low degree of security (and the luggage room was fillled up on the day of departure).

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

El hotel esta bien ubicado, a dos cuadras de la estación central y puedes ir caminando a los principales lugares turísticos. En los alrededores hay actividad de prostitución pero si esto no te importa, todo esta perfecto.

The rooms are a bit small. The floor to the bathroom is also the shower drain so if one is showering the other person has wet feet.Hotel was being remodeled so the carpets in the halls was torn up and missing so you could hear anyone walking down the hall. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

Half of the rooms are located over the streets with a lot of cars, bus and people. The windows have a light insulation The room was very nosy, just over a bus stop (ended at 00h30 !!). The breakfast lwas light in comparison with the price. But this hotel is well located, near the Tivoly, the railway station.

Got to the hotel late the receptionist looked a bit sheepish and dissapeared for 10 mins. When we got to the room we found it was not clean hairs everywhere and hairclips and even a sanitary towel in the bathroom. We said we would go out for an hour for it to be cleaned. On our return obviously he was the only one on duty so we took the sheets and changed the bed ourselves. he didn't even give us enough pillow cases. In the mornung we complained and didn't have to pay the bill. Overpriced and poor service

They are building in the hotel, therfore the corridors are without carpets on the ground this looks a bit poorish. The room is very basic and at around 120 Euro per night they could have offered some more comfort.

Hotel was being refurb`d during our stay. Rooms were ok but bathroom was dingy. With 1 exception the staff were friendly & helpful.Breakfast was excellent but hotel tried to charge more for our rooms than the on-line price given here, luckily I`d taken a copy of email confirmation with me

We had a room overlooking the street so there was some noise, it was too hot to keep the windows closed. As we were travelling on by train we booked a hotel near the station barely 200 metres away.

Terrific location - one block away from the train station, with the entrance to Tivoli on the other side of the station, and far less "seedy" than one would expect from reading about other hotels close to the train station. Our first room was on the street side, which was a bit noisy, but we got it switched to one facing an inner courtyard which was very very quiet.

One of the elevators was broken the whole time we were there. The wifi didn't work despite being told it would by the first desk clerk. The second one verified it wasn't working (yet) and suggested pretending I was a guest at the hotel across the street. The stair were also out of commission as they were being painted. Finally, the staff was pretty painful to deal with when I needed any answers from them. We got good info from 1/4 of the staff there. Not my favourite place. The rooms were fine if a little spartan. Good view, clean, and spacious. I was a little appalled by Copenhagen itself so take these comments with a grain of salt.

Very convenient for rail station, City Centre, Tivoli, etc. Going through a refurbishment at the moment but even our room, which had been redecorated, looked a bit worn round the edges. Very helpful staff and a good buffet breakfast. Got the impression that we could have had breakfast included in the priced quite easily. Maybe a 3 day stay should attract a bit of discount.

The telephone number indicated on venere for this hotel was/is wrong.. so it caused me quite a bit of confusion with the hotel when i arrived and when i was there. It's best if someone updated information on here. All in all okish hotel for an expensive city.
