Easily the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Cannot recommend it to anyone and you should seriously consider these comments The room stank of fish The room was not cleaned on either of the 2 days we stayed The staff could not provide information; instead we were told they were not from this country I would struggle to leave my dog in the room Very unsatisfied customers (2 rooms)

The only problem we had was with the shower: there were actually some water drops coming out of it and made really difficult the washing process:). I;m not sure if the problem was only with the shower in our room, but I would like to consider it an accident and think that everything else was very good for the money paid (considering that we stayed in Copenhagen - a very expensive city anyway).

For being in Copenhagen, one of the most expensive locations in Europe, the hotel has the best value for money we could find. Recommended!

The hotel was restored little time a go, and some rooms are cold because heating do not work. Hotel’s direction know this problem but dont know which room are cold. During my time in Hotel, the reception give me a electric heater because i ask this “optional”, but i must pay a caution. If you need more blankets, you must ask in the reception because are not available in the rooms. In the rooms there is not a hair dryer and the cleaning was superficial. Only convenience was a little distance from metro station e the city centre.

We knew that the room would be small, but the window could be opened only a little bit and there was just one light in the whole room! During the night it was really too dark!

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights.I found the room nice, simple and ergonomic...not luxurious. Breakfast was good(not included in the room price). It was also very close to subway(Forum)/bus stations, one can arrive directly from the airport(Lufthaven-Forum)in 20 mins and then walk for 3-5 mins to the hotel. Quality vs Price is good but keep in mind that Denmark is an expensive country. I hope this helps :-).

Excellent staff, I was welcomed by a friendly black receptionist who switched to spanish as soon as he saw it was my mother tongue. They have made a mistake on my bill and for some reason they didnt fix it until I came back a few days later and a friendly receptionist gave me the money back really quick. I would go back again since its close to FORUM Metro station and its a good deal in an expensive city like KBH. thank you!

It's funny, but... After using shower the floor is wet and another person cannot use toilet for some time. The room is too small to stay more than one night.

I stayed alone for three nights to visit a friend. Considering Copenhagen is really expensive, this hotel is good value for money and a chance to be near from any place - Central Station & City Center - and rooms are clean. Location is in a quiet area by some nice lakes where you can run/go for walk. But expect a small 3x4 square m. plus a 1x1 toilet+shower, like the ones you may find in a boat. Breakfast buffet seems a little bit poor but again very good value for money for Danish Standards.

Stayed at Cab Inn Scandinavia 2+2 persons (with two teenager sons) in a quad for 1 x 1 + 1 x 2 nights during a roundtrip in DK Aug. 2008. The name of the place refers to a cabin and so it is. If you ever have been out sailing you will find the rooms spacious, otherwise not really. The hotel is fully OK in an expensive city at the specified rates if you're just looking for a place to overnight, but don’t expect much more. The question is rather if you really need something additional – if yes, choose a more expensive hotel. The professional personal is kind and polite. Beds are OK, but small / narrow, not for XXL people. Using the two upper bunk beds calls for acrobacy - something strictly for kids. Breakfast is full value. Surrounding / location are fine in a middle class residential area only 10 min. walk from the Rådhuspladsen / Tivoli. Tap dripping on the bathroom floor, loose / almost falling off toilet seat were a sad experience and signs of carelessness of the cleaning personal however, the rooms were clean. With above reservations I would recommend the hotel.

Clean. Small rooms. OK for singles, young people. Not good for famlies with children or romantic vacations. Pricey for the size of the rooms, amenities, location. But, then, what is not in Europe? You have to pay extra for breakfast - based on the type of the hotel/price it should be included in the price. Staff is not friedly - never got a smile from staff, they were not very knowledgeable about the city or willing to share that information. Is it normal "cold" nordic character? My experience with people in Amsterdam was totally different.

This hotel was excellent. Compared with other cheap hotels in other capitals, eg Rome, Brussels, it was more expensive; which was probably due to high cost of living in Copenhagen. I was on my own, in a room with 3 beds (2 bunk), so I had a lot of space. For 3 people it would have been a challenge. Either there were hardly any people in other rooms, or it was very quiet. The street noise was minimal. Room temperature was optimal. Duvets too thick for me, so had to keep my feet out! Clean, and very space-efficient. The staff at reception were quite young and not very helpful. Once I asked for help to use the Mac to access the internet and they ignored me, so I did not ask them anything. Around the hotel, only one pastry shop and no other restaurants. About 15-20 minutes of quite brisk walk to the Central station and about 10 minutes to another train station. Half an hour walk to Hans Christian Anderssen's and Kierkeggard's graves in a cemetry (apologies for wrong spelling). Overall, an excellent choice for single cheap traveller and definite would stay there again. One con: Contrary to Venere.com's statement, they charged me the full amount on entering and I did not challenge it.

Room was damp and smelt when we arrived but became tolerable after leaving the windows fully open for the first night. The room was cramped, dark, uncomfortable and not even particularly close to town. Maybe the 80 euro or so we paid is good value in Copenhagen but I really cannot recommend it.

You are indeed staying in a cabin at the Cab Inn - but it is a bit bigger than on a ship!! However, it represents excellent value, a short walk to the centre and only 3 mins walk from the metro station with direct train to airport - only 15 mins journey

This is a nicely located budget hotel in the expensive city of Copenhagen. While I must agree with other reviewers that the standard rooms look like cabins in a ship (well, appropriately so - the hotel's name is CabInn) there is enough space for 2 people. The bathroom is really tiny, but after a few days we got used to it.

I never thought that the word SMALL could ever be defined appropriately in the dictionary of the English language till I checked into a quad room of this hotel. We were going on a cruise the next day so we had luggage with us.The room basically was just right for our luggage. This is the true meaning of SMALL. We were like sardines in this room. Unbeleivable!

Camere piccole ma accoglienti, l'ideale per giovani turisti. Si spende poco e si sta davvero bene! Lo consiglio e se dovessi ritornare a Copenhagen prenoterei ancora al Can Inn Scandinavia!

The photo showed a double bed and this is what we thought we were booking. When we arrived, we were told we had paid for a bunk bed and a single pull-out bed. We had to pay an extra E30 per night to get a double bed with bunk above. Even this'Double bed', was only a small pull-out next to a small single, so we could fall down the middle! It was not worth paying the extra. The photo was therefore, of the family room of which no mention was made when I booked on the phone.

The room is claustrophobic, like the cabin on a ship. The breakfast buffet however gives a good start to the day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 days.

It's a good hotel, just 10 minutes walking to get city centre and prices quoted are very good(a double room euro 43,28 for night without breakfast),considered cophenagen is very expensive(the third city in europe after london and stockolm precisely).if you need there is a private park(euro 8,3 for night)rooms in general aren't very big but at that price they are good,in my opinion.i could suggest it at all.by an italian boy

Breakfast was excellent although not included in the price Venere quoted. Rooms were small but very clean. Public areas were comfortable and service was excellent. All staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. The location is good, just on the lakes called So about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Copenhagen.
