Room and bathroom are very very small. Take this in consideration if you need space. No air-dryer in room but you can get at reception. Room temperature: I opened the window (my room has a little balcony, not really usable) and this was enough, but in the room, and especially in the bathroom, may become hot. All the rest was fine.

Very quiet and clean hotel with great location, just few blocks away from railway station and tivoli and ...everything else....and yet it was so peaceful and quiet neighbourhood that I could sleep window open in warm summer night....all you heard sometimes was the screming from the tivoli! I shall use this hotel definitely again! And also other Cabinn City hotels if I travel other locations in Denmark! Thank you!

Worst hotel we stayed in on entire 2 month European trip. Room was stifling hot with direct sun and no A/C. Hotel was booked with no way to change rooms. Couldn't open window for air without everyone in courtyard seeing you. Bed slats were broken. Worst night sleep ever. For just a bit more we return visit at the wonderful Crown Plaza Towers. Never Cabinn hotels again!!!

Good location, room & bathroom were extremely small and absolutely unsuitable for more than 2 people and for a couple as well (we had bunk beds with an option for a 3rd bed - which we luckily didn't need).

Cabinn city was very conveniently located near Central station and is in walking distance of most major sights. The room was small, but cleverly designed so it was more than adequate for a single person. The staff were efficient and polite but not overly friendly.

The possible check-in at 10.30 already was very pleasurable, as it was winter outside, nice idea with the boiling pot for hot drinks and the free internet access in the hotel lobby were highlights. the choice of only 4 tv-channels and the very narrow bathroom could be improved

Except for the space in the rooms (we had a Standard one instead a Commodore), for the other items everithing has been OK. I suggest to better explain how to reach hotel from the Airport (I suggest train instead Metro, using Kobenhagen Hovedbanegard).

That was my second time in Hotel Cabiin City, I like the rooms and the hotelin general. The staff is ok but some times they were not nice, I just asked for an adpater and the girl answered quiet rude that aall were gone because people do not return them, could be nice that the hotel bring this important thing.

We have chosen the hotel according to the location, which I admit it is good, you only have like 10 minutes walking to the Town Hall. But the hotel's logo "Sleep cheap in luxury" is totally misleading. It was certainly not cheap and the luxury does not exist. I think they took the ETAP-concept and made it even more profitable, apparently it was still possible. The room is tiny, no AC, only one or two TV-channels working, cleaning service questionable... It is probably appropriate when you travel alone, with no luggage, just to have a place to sleep, for not more than one night...

This hotel was very convenient particularly for a single person, but it would be OK for 2 friends or a young couple (two levels bed - possibility to deploy a second bed beside the lower stage but no room left in the room). Tiny but very clean room with a very good quality/price ratio. Situated very close to the main train station and therefore to all metro lines, easy to access to the center of the city by walking and close to the Tivoly leisure park. Breakfast was included in the price although there was a line added to the booking receipt saying it would require a 7€ extra cost. People were not particularly warm at the reception but they were efficient. In a few words, well situated, tiny but clean, good quality versus price.

I found the property really good. I knew the guys at the front desk might have a problem locating the booking number as I'd booked so late on your website but they found it ok. The breakfast was awesome. A great way to start the day. The breads were fantastic. The rooms were fine but maybe more singles than the bunks. The only thing was the workman started really early and made a lot of noise but also made you get up have breakfast see an amazing city. So I would recommend your property but making sure they don't get the bunks if your a couple. Thanks for a great time.

Very small room with minimal amenities. Having said that, the location was great for exploring the city and extremely convenient for using public transportation. Unfortunately, a "double" room does not guarantee a bed for two people to sleep with each other. The bunk bed style sleepers made it rather inconvenient for a couple and the window only opened about 2 inches causing the room to become rather stuffy. If on a tight budget, I would suggest this place as a "budget stay." But if you have a little more to spend, look for other accommodations.

Clean and functioning rooms, modern, compact, hence the low price. Very professional staff. Quiet room against an atrium / back yard. All in all a very positive experience. Don't know how it is to stay with children their, guess it's OK. At least it's situated in a kind of quiet street.

This is a budget hotel located about 5 mins walk from the Central Station, its also near the National Museum. Breakfast was decent and typical in Scandanavia. Bathroom is tiny, after one shower the whole floor is wet as its not a separate shower cubicle. Overall chose this hotel due to pricing as it does represent value.

The hotel is well located and a very good deal in Copenhagen. Double rooms have bunk beds so it doesn't make them any larger then the singles I guess. The bathroom has a shower that's runs directly in all the place, toilets and basin included). Besides that, lots of lights, free Wifi and very practicle and comfortable.

Great location, accommodations are basic but quite adequate, a very efficient lay out to the entire room with lighting shelving to help in all areas. As it was hot at night we had to have the window opened. There was some sort of road works all night and as a result it was very noisy. However as we were travelling by train, it was close to the railway station, very convenient. Our rating for the hotel would be higher but for the noise all night. The room was small but as we were staying for a night before catching a flight the next morning, it was ideal.

Rooms far too small, beds not made up and it was difficult to makeup bed on top bunk. Pull out bed meant that there was no floor space at all. Rooms far too hot, could not get any fresh air in room. Breakfast fine. Much bigger rooms in other hotels on our trip for a far better price.

The hotel was as advertised, except that they had no bicycles for rent. (But I was able to rent one at the station, nearby.) The most serious problem is that the hotel has no indoor bicycle parking, only few bike stands of the old-fashioned rim-killer variety out in the courtyard.

Very suitable as a budget stay. Yes, the rooms are small, but that should be known to anyone reading the reviews. I ended up putting the top matrass on the floor, as I'm quite tall and the ridge at the foot end of the bed was bothering me and the top bed was a bit small and claustrofobic. But the matrass on the floor was fine and still left me plenty of room. The hotel is not even a 5 minute walk from the station in a very safe area, so it was really comfortable. The internet was down when I arrived (on a Saturday) but was up and running again next Monday. Oh, and internet tickets for the pc's in the central station area (very cheap) can also be used at the airport, so don't dispose of them too quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Excellent value. Ideal location - a few minutes walk to/from Tivoli Gardens and main train station. Within walking distance of most of the tourist sights, museums, restaurants and shopping areas. Room was small, but as described. While the basic room was perfect for one person, it's probably OK for two, but for three go for a larger room. Rooms were clean, had TV, phone, free Internet (wired - cable available for DKK50 deposit at reception). Breakfast was extra (DKK50) - continental style buffet. Would definitely stay again.

CabInn is very basic but certainly fulfils the needs of a weekend-traveller. Rooms are quite small and the bathroom is actually a bigger shower with a toilet. Nevertheless, it was nice stay at the CabInn and it is located very closely to the central train station of copenhagen with easy access to the airport. Within a 10 minutes walk you are in the middle of the city centre with the city hall and the Strol- the main shopping street.Opposite you find a big police department so you feel safe when you go home at night ;-) On final remark about the venere-site of the hotel: It is not clearly indicated if breakfast is included. In fact it is NOT INCLUDED and costs 7 EUR / 50 DKK extra.

Very clean hotel. The rooms are small, but they do the job just fine. You'll be out and about most of the time anyway, so all you really need is a place to sleep. Hotel staff are slow in dealing with guests, there was a lot of waiting around to be dealt with. You get a good breakfast though. 10 mins walk from train station, 15-20 mins from city centre. For the economy-minded person, this is a very adequate place for the money. The location was within walking distance to Tivoli, restaurants, train station, etc. We needed a cab to the airport at 4:15 a.m., which they arranged for us the night before.

The hotel is situated right behind the Tivoli park, which is the best position for tourists that need a low cost hotel, near to the attractions! you have a 5 min walk to the pedestrian street, and 5 min walk to the central station. the hotel has quite small rooms (i went there with a girl friend, we chose the lower price so the room had a castle bed..) and really small bathrooms, the shower is divided from the toilet just by a curtain. there is no hairdryer . otherwise it is clean and calm. the breakfast costs 7 EUR but it's worth it, you get a really great continental meal, the only 2 things missimg are eggs and croissant..

This is the smallest room I have ever stayed in. It is even smaller than my student accomodation!. The room is made of a bunkbed and a third bed underneath, bring it out and will take the remaining space of the room! It has a tiny bathroom where the shower is almost on top of the sink. When having a shower all the bathroom floor gets soaked, although the hotel supplies plenty towels. Copenhagen is expensive and this is the cheapest you will get if what you are looking for is clean, en suite and close to the city. Overall the hotel is ok for students and young couples, and the rooms are clean. Imagine you are staying in a ferry and that's what you will get!

I stayed in Copenhagen for the period between Christmas and New Year's Eve for holiday. I was prepared for a tiny room but not so small, I had to change my type of reservation. The room has never been cleaned properly in 4 days and the bathroom has never been cleaned at all. I think the clientele the hotel should caters to is young and with no special need, but the cost might not allow this.

Quite difficult to provide a comment. The smallest bathroom I've ever seen and a very small room. One very tiny table. A very small built-in open wardrobe. The night receptionist called me at 3AM and 5 AM to give me a wake-up call I never asked. If you want to leave luggages the check-out day you need to pay. Great location within easy walk of all main attractions, railway station, eateries, supermarkets. Double room consists of 2 bunks & is very tiny but well designed. You may want to pay more & upgrade to a bigger room if staying for a few days. No facilities for washing clothes. Good, healthy breakfast offered for small extra cost. Cab Inn is clean, modern & well designed. However, the basic double room did lack storage so be prepared to keep most things in your case. If you arrive by train at the central station avoid using the stairs at one end of the platform, especially if your luggage is heavy. Opt for the end with escalator.

Apparte il fatto che la stanza e' piccola, il resto e' ok, tutto pulito e una posizione molto comoda, vicino alla stazione e al centro.

Cab Inn City is very conveniently located and has one of the best prices in Copenhagen (its an extremely expensive city!). On the other hand, the hotel room was TINY, it was smaller than the cabin on a cruise ship, there is no surroundings to the shower, u just shower right next to the sink and toilet, and there's a little drainage on the ground. The bed was not clean and there was a piece of hair on my pillow. I think it might have been because I arrived early and they gave me a room so they didn't clean up on time? I don't know.

The standard room was far too small, hardly any room for suitcases or to just move around. But the location was excellent for sightseeing and shopping.

I found the Cab Inn City to be a modern hotel, tight in space but still clean and comfortable to my standards and needs. The room I stayed in had TV, telephone, a desk, chairs, an appliance to make tea, toilet with hot shower. No frigobar, no means to refrigerate the air, so that it might get very hot in certain summer days. The toilet was clean, new in appearance, and very tight. You define the space for showering by drawing a curtain around you. This was no problem for me since I am thin, but might be a problem if you have a large body. Staff of the hotel was courteous and helpful. I liked the breakfast served and found the price (DKK 50) reasonable considering other options I had elsewhere. Just in front of reception there are two Mac PC with Internet access. The use is free and you sometimes will have to wait while others are using it – maximum time is 15 minutes per person. The hotel is located near the Central Railway Station, so that it can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Central Railway Station – Kobenhavn H can be reached from the Kastrup Airport in a few minutes. From the airport it is the third stop and the ticket costed DKK 28.40 in August, 2007. I definitely would stay there again.

The room really looked like a cabin onboard a ship. Quite squeezy. The bathroom was really small. Good for friends going on a road trip. About 10min walk to the train station, easy to find. Maybe it was peak season, but the queue to check in took us almost 30min to get to the counter. Overall the hotel was still above average.

This should be a lowbudget hotel and I was really surprised rgd the quality and the service. Why spend 3 times more money in another hotel with 3-4 stars ?! We had two double rooms and one singel. Including safe parking of our car less than 2000 DKK per night. And a big plus for the staff !

The hotel was new & clean & the small cabin-like rooms were surprisingly quiet. The design is ingenious--every bit of space is used well & all the necessities are there with even some walking space left over. Your bags can be pushed up under the beds completely out of the way. There's a small closet with a few hangers & shelves. The bathroom is a marvel of design but beware if you're a hefty person--it would be a tight squeeze for you. I found the service from the desk to be poor. I was never able to get a phone call out from my room. I was given contradictory instructions about making calls from 2 different clerks & neither way got my calls through. They insisted my phone was working but I have my doubts. My friends trying to reach me from outside tried for 2 days before the hotel answered the phone & put a call through to my room. The switchboard--such as it is--must be the blame: there didn't seem to be an automated phone system that could handle a large volume of calls coming in. (Suggestion: try calling them before you book & see if you can reach them.) Neither did the desk clerks have info about using public phones or other info about the area. This was a problem for an American tourist without a cell phone that works in Europe. Expect a long line at the desk every time you have a question--then to not have the issue taken seriously adds insult to injury. If you have a cell phone that works in Denmark then you can avoid these particular issues, but this is just a hint at what to expect in the way of service. On the other hand, it's a new, clean, well-designed place to stay near all the sights. (You have to walk 2 or 3 long city blocks to reach any outside restaurant or store, but the immediate surroundings of the hotel are clean, safe--apt. buildings & government buildings, kind of deserted at night, but Copenhagen is pretty safe. The main train terminal is a walkable 2 blocks & Tivoli Gardens is very close. It's no-frills but the price can't be beat.

First nights we had the window open, but wasnt bearable because of traffic sounds, and woke up with some bugs in my bed. Thought they came through the window. Next night we closed the window and it was a hot night, and in the morning I woke up with over 20 fleelike bugs like I found a few of the other night, an they came in all sizes, meaning they have been on the room spawning for quite a while. And when telling the reception they knew at once what insects I was talking about like it was a normal thing. They told me they was not dangerous and only fed on blood. Half a week later the bites start to show and I have over 100 itchy spots. They only said sorry, but we cant do anything but fix the room for later since it was our last night. Would not tell me what bugs they were except that they , and nothing else about how to get rid of them if I got some with me in the luggage except to shake all the clothes and wash em before bringing them back in my home. Was not offered any compensation, not even a free breakfast.

An excelent deal! I would stay there again. Close to everything you need. I walked to Ny Torv and Stoget many times a day. The train station is not just 100m from the hotel but it is very close. The Tivoli is just around the corner. But don't waste too much time in Copenhagen; go to Stockholm!!!

I spent 3 nights in Cab Inn hotels last week. Two nights in Cab Inn City(Copenhagen) and one night in Cab Inn Esbjerg. They both have an excellent location. They are clean and functional. But while the room in Esbjerg was spacious with a bedroom and a cosy small sitting room(room number 401 or 406)the room in Copenhagen was extremely small and as for the tiny bathroom.Anyway considering Denmark is a very expensive country I find good value for money and I have already recommended it to my friends.
