The room was small and especially the bathroom was not working (too small, no separate showerspace/toiletspace). After shower the whole bathroom was wet. Working space for clothes was missing. Lot of noise outside in the restaurants.

The location is great, and the hotel is really lovely. My room was tiny, and the bathroom definately the smallest I have ever seen. Very uncomfortable. The rest was great.

Tried to charge us DKK 744 more than agreed on the website. When we told them they of course gave us the agreed price. Room and toilet was very small. No pricelist or bottle opener in the minibar. Centrally located in Nyhavn. Friendly staff! But overall - to expencive for the tiny room we got.

Very nice location, and a very special interior and hotelbuilding. But the rest.....it was very noisy in the night from sourroundings bars, breakfast was not so good, there was no tables left, had to sit in the bar and eat, and the staff was not very serviceminded. Was it because I was dressed as a tourist ? I have my own hotel company in Norway, so never go after the clothes.

An excellent hotel in an almost perfect location for a tourist stay. The hotel is expensive, even by Copenhagen standards, and the standard rooms are relatively small, although charmingly appointed in amongst the old warehouse building. The hotel has recently started charging for car parking at a very expensive rate so be clear about whether parking is included if you book.

This hotel is conveniently located near several "hotspots" in Copenhagen... Stroget,Tivoli, Christiana, and museums. Canal tours just down the street and several restaurants/cafes line Nyhavn. The hotel was warm and inviting. The food in the restaurant was delicious and worth the splurge of DKKs. A truly memorable dining experience. Breakfast buffet was one of the best in Europe during our recent travels!

Optimal location, peace and silence in the middle of the city. Reception personal really dedicated and friendly. I suggest some English lessons and flexibility to to personal in the restaurant. Nice stay anyway.

This is an amazing hotel in a perfect location. Minutes walk from the little mermaid, with a beautiful water view & tall ships, it is beside a row of cafes/bars & restaurants, all along the water edge. Also minutes walk from Stroget, the main shopping street in Copenhagen. Beautiful hotel in beautiful location & city. Will definatly be back. Enjoy.

VERY OVERPRICED. Hotel beautiful and location superb. Room very tiny, with only small portable TV and almost empty minibar. We could not walk around the beds without tripping over luggage. Bathroom fixtures old and the shower flooded the tiny bathroom. No shelf in the shower - only the floor to put soap, etc., No towel bars or hooks. Very disappointing for being so expensive.

The hotel overcharged considerably to the price I got at my reservation through Venere, but has promised to deduct the amounts from my credit card account. It remains yet to be seen if they have actually done so.
