Stayed here with my wife on a business trip as a stopover point on our way to Munich. Only stayed one night and left early in the morning so not able to comment on all of its facilities, but it was very nice. Clean, nicely presented with hospitable and friendly staff. There is a piano bar with a nice atmosphere, The hotel is a little further outside the centre of Cologne (about 4 km) than I thought it would be.

Overall this was a very good choice. Although some distance from the centre of Koln the hotel is on a direct bus route making access simple. It is also easy to access the hotel from the autobahn. The food offered was very good, with a large choice for breakfast. We are most likely to stay there again if we go to Koln again.

By car
Via the A1/A4 of the southern motorway ring round Cologne, take, at the motorway intersection KÖLN-SÜD, the exit KÖLN-BAYENTHAL. Drive in the rotary traffic (going towards Bayenthal) onto Bonner Straße. After approx. 900 meters you will see, on the left, the Marienburger Bonotel.
By train
Cologne is very easy to reach by train, no matter whether you come from a local area or from a European metropolis. A taxi will take you in approx. 15 minutes from the central station to Marienburger Bonotel.
By airplane
The Köln-Bonn airport is a local point of international air traffic. Take a taxi and in 20 minutes you will be at the Marienburger Bonotel.
By public transportation
