I found that for the price breakfast can be included

the hotel was making some renstructuration works and this was no good for the public areas'use(lack of space and noise) . I think that this kind of works should be made not in a high season periode(rate 200,-€ per night)

From motorway A59 Köln/Bonn airport, change to the A559 in direction of Köln Zentrum (Cologne city centre) via Deutzer Ring and Deutzer Brücke.
From West/South take the Hohenzollernring, Friesenplatz, Magnusstraße/Dom, St. Apernstraße, Helenenstraße.

By airplane
From the airport, take the S13 express train to the main train station. Change to the underground Line 5 in direction of Friesenplatz. You may also walk from the main train station.

Parking is not included in the price and costs €2,50 per hour or €21,00 for 24 hours.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €22,00 per person, per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations may be changed or cancelled free-of- charge until 6p.m. on arrival date. Should a guest have a guaranteed reservation and will not arrive a no-show fee of 90% on one room night per reserved room will be charged.
