Excellent reception staff. Very friendly and assisting. A pity the rooms didn't have individual balconies. Could have been divided so you had your own.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Garage parking is not included in the price and costs €2,50 per hour and €25,00 for 24 hours.
Children until the age of 12 stay free of charge, when sharing their parents' bed.
Stay of pets is not included in the price and costs €20,00 for the final cleaning.
Use of the sauna is included in the price, while the use of the solarium costs €2,00 for 9 minutes.
Use of the wireless Internet access is not included in the price and costs €3,00 per hour and €28,00 for 24 hours.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €28,00 per person per day; kids between 6 and 12 years pay 50% of breakfast price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation after the deadline, in full or part, and in case of no-
show, the total room rate amount will be charged.
