En general: el hotel está muy bien. La habitación era muy grande y con terraza. El baño se ha quedado un poco anticuado, pero todo estaba muy limpio. Justo al lado del hotel hay un restaurante italiano (Amici) que tiene unas pizzas estupendas!!! :) El único "pero": está bastante alejado del centro de Colonia, tienes que coger el coche para ir allí. Y en los alrededores del hotel, aparte del italiano y una tienda de licores, sólo hay casas.

The place has a good marketing approach using the name of the hotel to set the stage for a relationship with each customer. Though we didn't strike up any such relationship, the front desk staff was in fact both friendly and helpful. For our quick overnight stay, the courtesy helped compensate for what we considered to be a odorous, carpet-stained room. The hotel wasn't fancy, and the location wasn't great either, though the price was relatively decent and the bus out front provided easy access to more lively areas of the surrounding neighborhoods.

We had a very nice stay in the hotel Friends. The room was very clean, everything looked new and probably was. The room was spacious with a nice balcony where you could sit and look at the view of cologne. The surroundings are very calm and green. The only downside was that it was a little bit far from the city centre. If youre planning on using public transport, then I would advise you to take the bus 150 from Wiener Platz (which u can easily access with the U-bhan from the city centre) to Flittard Süd (right in front of the hotel). The S-bhan station is a little bit far from the hotel (at least 10mn walk).

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from 3 p.m. We kindly ask our guests, if at all possible, to arrive at the hotel not later than midnight. Please call in case of later arrivals.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

The price of the shuttle service varies according to destination.

CANCELLATION POLICY
